Modern AI coding assistants can generate software remarkably quickly, but enterprise delivery requires far more than code. Requirements must be understood, designs reviewed, decisions documented and stakeholders kept informed.

I have built a web-based platform around Amazon Web Services’ emerging AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC) methodology that transforms AI-assisted software development into a structured, governed process suitable for enterprise environments.

Depth Logistics

Appointed CIO (Transformation Mandate). Led sovereign infrastructure migration and defence security uplift enabling progression to DISP Level 3 accreditation within a compressed timeframe.
Depth Logistics is an Australian heavy haulage and defence-aligned logistics provider specialising in the transport of oversized, complex and security-sensitive consignments. The company operates nationally, supporting government and defence supply chains that require strict compliance with security accreditation, data sovereignty standards and operational reliability.

Lite n' Easy

Reported directly to the CEO. Led redevelopment of revenue-critical national e-commerce and logistics platform supporting over 100,000 weekly transactions and multi-state manufacturing operations.
Lite n’ Easy is one of Australia’s leading healthy meal delivery companies, supplying nutritionally balanced, ready-made meals to customers nationwide. Operating across multiple manufacturing facilities and a distributed logistics network, the business manages large-scale food production, national distribution, and a substantial recurring customer base through its integrated e-commerce and delivery platforms.

Arrow Energy (Shell / PetroChina JV)

Designed and delivered an enterprise data integration strategy consolidating exploration, drilling, production and corporate systems into a governed Enterprise Data Hub under Shell PMO governance.
Arrow Energy is one of Australia’s leading coal seam gas producers focused on supplying gas to both domestic and international LNG markets. The company operates extensive upstream gas fields and associated infrastructure. Arrow is a joint venture between Shell and PetroChina.
